YEA, yes, YEA. We finally got the money.

Yes the Cost of Repair Contingency Repair does work, but the glitch is in the listing side of the contract. Believe this or not. The property was put back on the market 3 weeks before my buyers got their earnest money back. I kept getting excuses like, we are being audited and we do not cut checks at that time. What a bunch of xxxxx.

Any way I wanted to post the grand finally. You must stay on top of everything. Why? Why are people not responsible anymore? Common would you like to be treated that way? They just hurt the buyers client that they will not look at their listings. Wow. The power of free speech.

Susan, wow 3 weeks is a long time, and yes if you have to be on top of everything or it does not get done unfortunately.
