Activity was a little slower in December, likely due to the holidays.  Prices are remaining steady or going up slightly.  The current homes for sale are priced between $188,900 and $332,000.  Homeowners in the area will be happy to see more homes in Palm Valley Phase 5 priced over $300,000.
