Giant Mysterious Dinosaurs at AZ Science Center

Run, Walk and Roll at Tempe Town Lake

Kick off 2013 with a 5K. 10K, one-mile fitness walk or a half-mile kids fun run to benefit Arizona Disabled Sports, a group dedicated to sports and recreation opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

The event begins at Tempe Town Lake Beach Park and is fun for all ages and ability levels. 

Details:  7a.m. registration; first race 8a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5 Tempe Beach Park, 80 W Rio Salado Parkway, Temp.  $35 day of events, $15 for half-mile kids fun run.

Citystate!  Holiday Ice Rink at Cityscape

This year the Valley's largest real ice rink will be at CityScape in downtown Phoenix. Guests can enjoy special deals with their skate rental wristband at many CityScape locations

Guests can also purchase beer, wine and hot chocolate from Chloe's Corner to enjoy in the park while they watch the skaters.
