Besides the satisfaction of being #1 in your area on Active Rain. What are the tangible benefits? Obviously you gain more knoweledge and have more exposure, are there other benefits ? Premier placement on websites?

Stephanie - it simply increases your chances of being found. The more you consistently contribute to AR, the greater your chances of being found. Being Number 1 also translates over to Localism.com where more consumers will find you as well. But most members just enjoy the bragging rights!

I like Active Rain for a couple of reasons.
When you Blog this definetely increases your Presence on the Internet which is always good in our line of business and second I learn quite a bit from reading other people blogs and finding out what works for them or doesn't work for them. Everyone Shares and I really like that.
Lastly, well the market is slow what else am I going to do!
