Have Confidence in Who You Are By Feng Shui LI
We should all recognize our own worth and self value. If you do not, you will be tested repetitively until you have developed that understanding. We are constantly being checked with our self confidence in the form of connections with family, friends, co-workers, employees, clients and strangers .
The universe will purposely put in our way various situations and/or events to test our self confidence. Sometimes we can see the test before it's given and other times we will receive a pop quiz, which tends to knock most of us off balance for a moment. If that happens, do not become frustrated, angry or mad at yourself, simply take time to reflect.
Review in your mind what was said or the actions taken, think about how you reacted, even how your body and emotions were triggered. Reflect, take a step back and offer your self solutions about how you can respond for next time if a similar moment arises because it most likely will. Maybe a moment of opportunity is presented where you can offer correction to that particular moment and perhaps bring closure. To have self awareness when being tested is key and very important when developing stronger self confidence.
This does not just related to personal connections with family and friends, this also extends into knowing your self worth and value in the business world. How you see yourself, others will see you.
