I saw this report on the news, wanted to find it and share it. Many Portland, Oregon real estate sellers have been waiting for the right time to list their homes and Portland’s time is here. If you’ve been following my posts and blogs, you’ve seen a pattern of shrinking inventory, low rates and stable (even increasing) home prices. For sellers, inventory is really low and this helps create a seller’s market. For buyers, although inventory is low, when you find the right home, prices and rates are still super low so this benefits you as well. Right now, the market is “win-win.”
