In 2012 the real estate recovery was underway in the Arrowhead Point neighborhood. Closed sales in Arrowhead Point increased from 4 in 2011 to 25 in 2012. The top sale was a 2006 view home for $1,075,000. The average selling price was $530,662 with the average market time being 48 days.
