I ventured out onto the semi-frozen shoreline of Lake Pend Oreille, Sandpoint, Idaho today and comped together the panoramic, cold beauty of Kootenai Bay this morning. The harshness can be the most beautiful of all. The eagles were certainly enjoying it...they were a little too far off to capture in this photo.
