Maybe its me!
Why is that we I receive an offer from another Realtor that it looks like that the contract was written by someone not in the business? It really bothers me when people do not take their profession seriously. I recently received a contract that had a total of 11 errors and/or ommissions. IT WAS TERRIBLE. This has happened three times
I called the agent back and told them that the contract was sloppy and it looked unprofessional. Her response was that her broker never went over writing up a contract...and this was fro a company that enphasizes training.
Since I am a kind-hearted person, I spent 30-45 minutes on the phoe with agent educating her on how to write a contract.
It a shame that there are brokers that don't train as they say they do or have procedures in place to monitor new agents while out in the field representing their company.
