There are just some things in this society that I cannot understand.


Elf on a shelf, where does he go after Christmas?  I have not seen him and Barbie on Facebook or Pinewhatever lately?


What comes into the latest home must have’s after granite and 18 inch tile on diagonal?  Does the granite and tile go to the curb along with the mauve carpet?


Honey Bo Bo???  Really?  What else can I say about that?


In FL we do not have Clients, as Realtors, they are Customers.  If an agent refers to their customers, I immediately discount that agent’s knowledge to put a deal together.  It is all transactional here in FL, get straight your representation.

In Texas it states "Client" on several forms, including the buyers rep. I guess that's why some people refer to their buyers or sellers that way. I don't discount another Realtor unless they use a prohibited word or just do a lousy job.

Jeremy, I understand, but specifically over and over in our tests and our classes it is instilled that there are no Customers and only CLIENTS.  That is why I discount, if they did not pay attention in class how will they handle a transaction?
