I was hoping to get them together this last week, however we sometimes hit issues with late reporting. A little preivew for the Missoula area.
- A little over 960 sales accounting for just about a 20% volume increase
- A final median sales price close to $210,000 for the market
- A slow new construction rebound
- A big lack of inventory in afforadble ranges
