THIS IS MY FIRST EVER BLOG! I was thrilled to see I made it on to the first page of the Lincoln County site! That is a good sign! INTEREST RATES are expected to go down a little more by next week, then my lenders tell me to expect them to start creeping up again after that! Wow, what does that give BUYERS? A whooping period of maybe 2 weeks to celebrate low rates! Yeah! Jump in there guys before it's too late! (LOL)
As far as I can see, it's good to see prices stabilize in our area. Notice I didn't say come down, because they are not coming down, but, at least they are not soaring sky high! I was raised here and don't get me wrong - I like to see property values go up as much as the next guy, but it was beginning to get a l-i-t-t-l-e bit embarrassing to give BUYERS prices!
Now compared to other area (My daughter lives outside of Boston) we have CHEAP prices, but they definately are not cheap if you were born or raised around here. Buy low and sell high or buy low and stay a while! We love them damn Yankees! They got our prices where they are today. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
