Tutas Towne Realty placed the property on the market May 2012 for $110,000. It went pending two weeks later at $100,000. After 4 months Bank of America countered the deal at $111,000. Buyer came up tp $107,500 and the Short Sale was approved.
Tutas Towne Realty closed the transaction on 24 December 2012. 212 days from listing to closing!!
Bank of America accepted $98,400 or .48 cents on the dollar for the 1st mortgage.
