CLINTONVILLE OHIO MARKET REPORT DECEMBER 2012

In Clintonville, 23 homes and condos sold in December with an average selling price of $190,592. The average days on market was 59. This is in contrast to 27 listings sold in the same time period in 2011, with an average sale price of $171,970 and average days on market of 94.
