The Good:
There are a lot of good things about the Parc at Gateway condos in Salt Lake City. The location is very good as it is attached to the Gateway Mall. These condos are hip, new, and stylish, plus they are close to lots of attractions, like the Energy Solutions Arena, the Gateway Mall, plenty of restaurants, and transportation (including the Front Runner, Trax, and freeway access). The HOA fee is relatively low, considering the amenities provided. The price of a condo at the Parc at Gateway is lower than a lot of the other communities downtown making this a good place to buy.

The Bad:
While the location is one of the good points, it is also a drawback. Before the Gateway Mall was built, this area of town was generally considered to be scary. The mall has done a lot to improve the area, but crime in the immediate area is still higher than average and you might not feel perfectly safe walking around the neighborhood.
