When Comparing closed listings in Pine Knoll Shores from 2011 (59 units) vs. 2012 (83 units), Sales are up 40.7%. There are still a great number of listings currently available to choose from in Pine Knoll Shores with 121 Residential properties, 32 Lots and 1 Commercial property.

Amy, overall the Pine Knoll Shores North Carolina market stats look good...certainly trending upward.  I the the higher list prices are reflecting increased confidence and may a little testing the market as well...either way it's good news!
