Menu Monday Ah-So Sushi

Today's Menu Monday comes from Ah-So Sushi located at 1325 S. Yuma Palms Parkway. This is one of 4 locations located in Arizona and by far one of the best sushi restaurants in Yuma. On the menu is an item that was introduced to me by wife, ...Letty Arellano-Hernandez. The mini volcano roll, made with salmon, cream cheese, avocado in seaweed without any rice. Then cut into three pieces and each piece is then topped with spicy mayo. The roll is then baked then finished with a drop of spicy sriracha sauce. The flavors bounce around with a very full and flavorful delight of tastes from the cream cheese and sriracha sauce. One little known secret about this place is that not too many people know that they have a bento box menu. Next time your there, treat youself to a volcano roll and then enjoy something from the bento box menu. Thanks, and remember. Enjoy the company your with, and best of all, enjoy a great meal!
