When CDs and Money Market accounts are having such a low return.  And, you have seen many good opportunities for investment in real estate, but you don't have free cash to make a purchase.  Think again.  If you have IRAs, you can make investments in real estate now.

The investment opportunities available to you can be local or in another city or state. Perhaps, you may want to check out investing in a land bank.  Some opportunities may be a short term, but most are for longer term investment. 

These investments are made through self-directed IRAs. But, be aware that the IRS has detailed rules & regulations covering investment in real estate through self directed IRAs.
