I was just wondering if everyone is experiencing the same as me. I have always had my share of buyers but I've noticed a flood of buyers coming out of the woodworks lately. Most of them are looking for deals. I'm writing contracts on more foreclosure than I've had in the past. This is good. I would love to see the inventory go down. I'm also noticing more multi offers. I don't like being the agent competing for the highest and best offer for my buyer, but in this market it sure is looking like things may turn around. I know we have a long ways to go but it's looking promising.

Enjoy the moment. I have three done deals this month and a couple looking pretty good.

Jeff, I can't understand it myself since the Michigan economy is no better and probably worse than ever, but yes, the phone is ringing. I think there is pent-up demand and people can't wait any more. Also, low rates and prices in the Ann Arbor area have to help! I'm feeling optimistic too.

The phones are ringing and 2008 looks like it may very well be the bottom with the supply and demand shifting.
