Good morning to all! We still have interest rates that are so low! I am seeing demand really picking up and several offers on properties here. Short sales and foreclosure numbers are dropping like a rock. And the ones we do have they are getting several offers, up to 7 in one case, and the buyers have to be aggressive! It really makes you wonder if we are going to see more inflation in the future.
