There are currently sixty-four residential homes available for purchase; fourteen offer waterfront and/or water access; two condominium units and zero commercial properties. Values are still waning and the affect on average sales value can be deceiving with a multi-million dollar sale. Still, positive market indicators are becoming more the standard vs. the exception.

Tuftonboro’s Vacant Land listing data reflects a decrease in market inventory by 15% when compared to 2011’s year-end stats. There are currently thirty-nine vacant land parcels available for purchase in the town of Tuftonboro. Year-end sales volume reports a 12.5% increase over last year, along with pending sales noted to be up by a 50% margin.
