Short Sales in Keller Texas

CDPE Kristen UeckertJust a quick note to say I recently earned another certification that makes a short sale easier than they typically are.

I know, I know, short sales and easy don't really go together, but that's the point. It can.

CDPE® stands for Certified Distressed Property Expert. It's a class, a certification, a connection to banks who want to hire professionals who've been trained to get the toughest jobs done the most effectively and efficiently. I have the certification and it's only going to help me help those who need help most.

If you know someone in the Keller, Texas, area or surrounding areas who want to sell their home, but can't afford to because they don't have enough equity to pay a broker and pay the rest of the closing cost or you know someone who is currently having a hardship like loss of income, death, divorce, the hardest things in life that may put them behind on their mortgage, then they probably need some help. Eventually they will survive these horrible life events and they will need some of the toughest tasks at hand at the time handled for them with as little additional fuss as possible. That house and mortgage and communication with the bank and buyers are where we step in and help.

Thanks for reading and please keep me in mind.

Dear Kristen -

After doing a sale with an agent versed in the CDPE, I did the training as well. The system is VERY THOROUGH! If an agent will follow the CDPE steps exactly as listed - success will be at hand!

Have a happy day -
Lynn

Good job! I try to get all the short sale info I can. Didn't pay for a course yet, but try to study it constantly. Too many to not be in the know.
