Georgia Housing Market Recovery Continues – Housing Indicators for November confirm that continued house market recovery in Georgia.
Some key findings:
New Listings decreased 17 percent. Under Contract were up 28 percent. Inventory levels shrank 31 percent. Median Prices rose 21 percent. Average prices rose 13 percent. Months supply of homes for sale decreased 38 percent. Days on market decreased 10 percent to 94 days.
