We have those mall kiosks which are a great indicators of what the public is doing, saying and thinking about the real estate market.
Lately when I do a 3 hour shift, say, on a Saturday at Serramonte in Daly City, I have at least 8 people question me about the local market and I leave my shift with around 4 lead sheets filled out. Most people are looking to buy and that's fine with me!
