What's the Neighborhood Like?

The homes you'll find in The Manor are mostly traditional style 2 story homes with basements, ranging from 5,500 to more than 13,000 square feet of living space.  All homes are a minimum of one acre lots.  Building began in 2005 and is continuing.  There will be 450 homes at completion on more than 800 acres.  There are 17 homes currently availablethat range from 4 to 8 bedrooms, are 4 sided brick homes with stone and shingle accents.  They are priced from $760000 to $2.4M.  The Manor's amenities include a Tom Watson Signature Golf Course, 22 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and a 32,000 sq ft clubhouse with a restaurant and banquet facilities.  A Day Spa, Fitness and Health club, a children's pool and playground and an exercise trail complete the amenity package.  Luxury abounds in all aspect of this neighborhood. 

What's Going On Near The Manor?

What Schools Will the Kids Attend?
