In almost all parts of the Shadowbrook neighborhood the number of sales were about even, while the prices were up and days on market (DOM) was lower. In other words, the homes that do come on the market tend to sell faster and for more money.

In the Shadowbrook area, one of the best-selling areas in Andover, median prices were up in the same period from $203,000 to $229,000 this year in the 55304 zip code.

The median listing price in November 2012 was $220,000 vs. November 2011 when it was $210,000 in the 55304 zip code.
