Homeowners should be cautious about using short sale negotiators who guarantee results and who charge fees in addition to commissions for the sale of the property. I have seen this happen from time to time, and it makes both angry and sad for the homeowners who get taken.
If you live in Sherburne County, there is no reason to use any negotiator who needs money “up front”. Sometimes, a realtor might ask for a realistic marketing fee, but even then, there are so many brokerages that don’t.
