I bought my first short sale!!!!!! It funds today!!!!!!!

Hi except for the snow the day went smooth and the house on 1408 Dearborn St, Caldwell, Idaho has closed.  It took 2.5 months since I put the first offer in and 100's of hours of work.  I found the bank somewhat frustrating to deal with but if you keep calling things can be arranged.  I had help from 2 mentors one was Your Success Solutions and the other was Carl Williams (in Boise).   I also received a lot of assistance from my loan officer Dona Jeka and my Title officer Diana Stork  Without these mentors I would have stopped when I found out about the extra judgments on the property.  I didn't originally want to buy the property but the price was right and I protected a lot of people by purchasing it.  Now we need to rebab the has a bit so people say WOW!!!.  Paint, carpet and elbow grease should do the trick.  I hope to get it back on the market by March 1.   Any one who wants a cool house in Caldwell it is $165K now and probably $175K when we get the work done.  Check out more listings at www.debbieholmes.net
