If you want your blog to generate prospects for your business, we walk you through three weeks of classes (an hour each week) that I believe are fundamental to ensuring a successful real estate blog. These classes are open to everyone, although in order to use these concepts on ActiveRain, you'll need to have a Rainmaker account. We'll be offering some nice promotions on a Rainmaker account throughout the series.
I've heard from a ton of long time members of ActiveRain that these classes are really helping them take their real estate blogging to the next level. So if you are wanting to reach more consumers and close more business because of your blog, I'd love to have you join me.
As always, the classes do get recorded and distributed to anyone that signs up, even if you are unable to attend the live classes. And also, as always, I'd much prefer that you join me live so you can ask the tough questions and heckle me on Facebook or Twitter as I do the class.

In this class I'll show you how to get your posts to rank on the first page of the search engines. We'll talk about the fundamentals of a good strong post in terms of SEO and we'll also talk about what kind of things are the most effective for you to write about in order to make sure you land on that first page. We'll also show you a few secrets about what people search for as they get closer to buying. It will be no time before you have a post with thousands of clicks from potential buyers.
Class 2: Understanding Keyword Phrases and Unlocking Their Secrets

In class one we teach you how to get your content to rank in the search engines. But how do you figure out what you are going to write about? This second class shows you some of the ways people search for content online and we dive into the concepts around how we should think about keyword phrases and some of the ways we should target people doing searches online. As a special bonus we give you the chance to download a PDF with 500 keyword phrases that have been searched in the last 30 days. Some simple tweaks for your market and you have enough blog ideas to keep you buys for months.
Class 3: Creating Effective Calls to Action

This class used to be all about links. And sure we'll still hammer down on links, but we will also discuss some of the other ways that you can get the people reading your blog to take action. At the end of the day, our blog should be all about generating leads and contacts for our business. This class will show you how to most effectively create these calls to action in your blog posts.
