It's Official, Another Silverwood Farms Home in Lebanon Sold!

Dorie, We've now sold one at the entrance AND at the top of the hill in Silverwood Farms :)

Jeff, Given the opportunity and the cooperation of the sellers, we'll get the job done.  These sellers kept an immaculate home, well decorated, and they priced it to move.

Cindy, Thanks!  We're having solid success right now getting our listings under contract.  There's one or two where the buyers are being stubborn and not buying, despite all the evidence that says they should have already snapped them up!

Kasey, Thanks!  2013 is off to a great start, nothing else on the closing schedule in January, but February starts with two on the 1st and we've got 3 that are bank related that still need closing dates set.  Having 6 on the books to start the year is our best ever, especially considering how slow this area normally is this time of year.
