What’s the Marea Neighborhood Like?
Marea is a small gated community, essentially a big circle with small clusters of 2-story homes. All the homes are single family detached properties with lots of varying sizes and some views. Homes range from 1705 SF to 1845 SF and were built in the late 1990s. Many Marea homes have attractive views of the neighborhood, or the 7th and 8th holes of the Aviara golf course. Some Marea homes have lagoon views.
