The active homes that are currently on the market are listed for an average of $149,064 or $79 per square foot. In the past twelve months, 1758 Indianapolis homes have sold in Lawrence Township. This means there is currently a 7.81 month supply of currently on the market which indicates a buyer’s market but also tells us that the inventories are not wildly out of control.
