Let’s take a look at the good and the bad for the Northridge Heights Condos in the Salt Lake City Avenues

The Good:
The Northridge Heights Condos are located on a relatively quiet street in the Avenues in Salt Lake City. The Avenues are known for their charming, old houses, tree-lined streets, and quaint shops. The Northridge Heights Condos is a smaller community with only 32 units. They do have an onsite laundry facility. The hot tub and sauna aren’t bad either.

The Bad:
The downsides to the Northridge Heights Condos are parking and laundry. The overall parking situation isn’t horrible since there is enough parking on the street, but there is no parking garage. Each unit comes with one covered spot so at least it will keep some of the rain and snow off of your car, but many of the competing condos have secure garages. No laundry hookups in the unit is a pain in the butt. At least you don’t have to go to a laundromat, but still, having to lug your laundry downstairs and use a common facility is not ideal.
