Move Up Buyers in San Antonio TX-This is Your Time

I think that there has been no better time in history for a move up buyer in San Antonio TX to...well...make your move.  Yeah...there might have been waaay in the past, I don't really know.  All I know is the current San Antonio TX Real Estate Market is perfect for those who would like to Sell (or maybe refinance) their current home in the greater San Antonio TXGift House area and get into an either bigger (or smaller if you so desire), better San Antonio TX home for sale.

Why do I say this?

First and foremost, those who are looking to buy in San Antonio TX are looking at some of the most phenomenal interest rates that have ever been offered.  Period.  There are several different types of loans right now and depending on the loan, most are hovering around 3.4% maybe inching up to 3.5%.  Those rates are no joke.  There is no better time for those who are able to buy a home right now to jump right on that bandwagon and make it happen.

But...for the person who already owns a home in the greater San Antonio TX area...this a really, really good time to sell.  Inventory across the board is getting lower and as you can see above the rates are really, really good and the Spring San Antonio TX Real Estate Market is going to hit us like a lightening bolt!  Buyers are crawling up out of the woodwork to get some of these great rates...

Do you see where your San Antonio TX home may become mighty desirable for a buyer who wants to buy?  Homes that are hitting the market are almost coming right off!  If you already own a home in the Greater San Antonio TX area and you have owned for such a time that you have built up some equity, you are truly sitting pretty for this San Antonio TX Real Estate Market and I am not kidding.  You can sell your home and then use that equity to get into a better home at a lower interest rate than you are paying now.  This means that more of your hard earned dollars are going to actually pay off the home rather than going to interest!

If you don't want to sell and perhaps maybe use your home as a rental property, you may still get the best of both worlds by refinancing your current home to one of those phenomenal rates up there and still be able to afford a new San Antonio TX home at one of those phenomenal rates.

I am not just telling you this because I am a Realtor® looking for your business...I am practicing what I preach.

Move Up Buyers in San Antonio TX-This truly is YOUR time to shine.

Hi Brenda... We're seeing similar market trends here in the Pacific Northwest. If you're moving up or downsizing, in most neighborhoods values are good, prices are starting to rise yet still very decent, and the interest rates couldn't be better.

I can't imagine these interest rates can stay so low for more than another year or so.  People are going to look back with regret if they don't make the move.

Hi Brenda, I agree with you fully! Our inventory has gone way low, too ... potential sellers are holding out for higher prices but what they don't consider is that they'll also be paying so much more for their new home!

Tammy makes a great point as well. Sometime in the future we'll probably hear a lot of "I should have ...".

Hi Debbie-Your home can be an investment, save money on taxes and still get into a home at a really great interest rate :)!

Hi John-And take action they should :)!

Hi Sussie-No arguement, just incentive :)!

Hi Tammy-No doubt...time to jump on that bandwagon so you don't miss out!

Brenda-I'm actually a bit surprised that the climate is still so positive for real estate in San Antonio. Interest rates-favorable, inventory-a bit fewer availalbe resale homes, but new home construction still seems strong. What's not to like?
