Nashville Real Estate Market Looking Strong for 2013

Nashville's Ryman Auditorium

The Nashville Real Estate Market News is out and it looks GOOD!

Last week the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) reported that December home sales had increased over 20% from the same month in December 2011.  These numbers are showing that December home sales for 2012 surpassed 26,000, which is the first time that has happened since 2007.

GNAR goes on to report that we are experiencing “healthy” signs of a comeback and that Nashville and the Middle Tennessee as a region should not take this for granted.  Other areas around our nation are not faring as well.

But don’t take GNAR’s word for it.  We have been in the national news a LOT lately:

1.        The New York Times is calling Nashville the “It” City

2.       A Gallup Poll ranked Middle Tennessee as a top five region for job growth in 2012

3.       The ABC Show “Nashville” is currently the 2nd best show for adults ages 18-49

4.       The Wall Street Journal featured an “Insider’s Guide to Nashville”

5.       According to Conde Nast, Nashville is one of the Top 5 Places to Go in 2013!

Way to go Nashville!!

The Nashville Real Estate Market is definitely strong right now and people are looking to Nashville as a place to relocate to and visit.
