Hi Dick -- so was the slowdown in the number of sales at Hunters Cove in Greeley CO based on the lack of inventory of homes available for sale?   That's what we are seeing in our market in many areas.

Hi Chris & Dick and Michael - Thanks for your comments this morning.Hunters Cove, like the rest of Greeley, just had a slow year, lagging a bit behind the region. We think that 2013 will be stronger, particularly because of the wealth of affordable homes on the market.
