The South Highland neighborhood is another one of my favorites!  It is one of the oldest and most important areas Shreveport/Bossier City.  It borders the Broadmoor neighborhood making it easy to share in all the amenities they both have to offer.  Here you will find a great deal of elegance in your selection of homes.  With homes built as far back as the 1800s, the South Highland neighborhood is in a historic district filled with unmatched character.

I absolutely love the classic architecture and tree-lined streets in the South Highland neighborhood.  It makes for a comfortable and laid back atmosphere.  It is a loveable location that retains its residents for generations.  Located south of downtown, the South Highland neighborhood contains a wide variety of homes ranging from Colonial Revival mansions to one of the finest collections of Craftsman bungalows in the state.  This is an extremely attractive neighborhood for anyone looking to live with a certain sense of style.  I highly recommend taking advantage of any opportunity you have to purchase a home in the South Highland neighborhood!
