Daylesford Lakes is located in Berwyn PA, in Tredyffrin Township and students attend Tredyffrin Easttown Schools, the elementary school is Hillside located on Howelville Road, middle school is the T/E Middle School located on the corner of Cassatt and Conestoga Road and Conestoga is the High School for all T/E students.
Over the last six months 10 homes have sold varying in price from $336,500 for the lowest priced home to $ 565,000 for the highest priced home.
