Services for Real Estate Pros with Coleman Real Estate Services

About a year ago I was shopping for a new digital camera for my real estate photography business.  I knew exactly what I could spend and exactly what I needed, and I was blessed to find the FujiFilm Finepix S9100 (also known as the 9600).

Some of the features include:

-28mm wide angle lens

-Movable LCD for high and low angle shots

-Manual and automatic modes

-Very affordable ($400)

CHECK IT OUT!

Is this an SLR?  Interesting camera, and a good price.

Look very nice and at a good price.  I have had for five years now the simple Canno, easy shot which has been ok for me as I'm not very technical minded. it was less than $400 but now I'm looking to update so ~~ I'll take a look at the link for yours.

I'm not a huge camera expert, but I believe it's what referred to as "SLR-like."  It looks like a professional camera and has manual settings but can't be fitted with new lenses.  Basically in between a point-and-shoot and a pricey SLR.

I almost bought one but opted for the Panasonic DMC FZ 18 which had a few features I liked over the Fuji.  It should be a great camera for you and the 28mm is great for indoor pictures.

Interesting camera - I am really enjoying my Kodak 570 with the wide angle lens and internal stitching.  Bought it because everyone was praising it on the Rain. This may get your camera an audience, as well.

Check out the Kodak Easy Share Z915 at about $150.  10X Optical Image Stabilized, 10 mega-Pixels, does the panorama stitching and video, no back scratching, sorry!

I couldn't be happier and it is versatile beyond my capabilities so far!!

It looks like a great camera!  Unfortunately, the technology is advancing at such a rapid pace, a camera purchased today is near obsolete in a year!  As a professional real estate photographer, I must constantly upgrade my gear to keep up.  The key to any decent camera is the quality of the lens.  Make sure you have good glass and the value of the camera is extended by years.  Most of the lenses I use cost more than the camera.  The good thing is that it usually can work with the newer camera bodies as the come out.  I have Nikon lenses that are over 15 years old and still work fine (even tho they don't have all the new features)!

Always interested in solving real estate photography problems.  Just let me know if I can help.  If you need photography work done, check us out at panoramasinparadise.com.

Good day!
