Happy New Year! Hope everyone had a nice holiday. We had a hetic one. After being in Henderson for less than a year Rick qualified for a home loan. We had a house built brand new through Pulte. We moved in in November. We are so happy here. I can't believe we're so lucky. I hope your business continues to grow and you are able to help people like us short sale. I'm sure the people that bought the house are very happy.
I want to give you our new addrerss for any 1099's or whatever for 2012. I guess the bank will be sending me one on the short sale. Again, thank you all and Happy New Year!
