You Tube Thursdays for January 17, 2012.
You can also watch a video - from start to finish, like it, and leave a comment. The more we help each other's YouTube Channels, the better our marketing efforts will pay off.
Today's YouTube Thursday tip for videographers: Create a storyboard.
Make sure you create a good story to add not only a direction, but charm to your videos. Keep in mind the 5 W's - Who, What, When Where and Why. It may take a bit of extra time - but it's essential - especially in the beginning - if you want to produce compelling videos that capture attention.
I don't actually sketch out my scenes as some pros recommend, but I do have an outline with the shots needed, and the goal of my video, prior to going out in the field. Believe me, it's an extra step that ends up saving you time while getting the shots - and during the editing process.
