This week's market report takes us to the New Orleans Lakefront Area. It's another thriving area in the city with a days on market between the two-three month range. it also favors the sellers slightly as there are only about 4-5 months worth of inventory on the market. The properties that are active on the market are sitting for a while because they are listed at an average of $173/sq.ft.
