Yes, I'm definitely staying home today/tomorrow. That is so funny that they are naming it Nemo. I didn't realize they are naming snow storms now.
Joanna: So glad that you're home in your bunny slippers, lady, and safe! It's crazy slushy out here and, per usual, folks are overdriving the "snizzle" on the roads -- heard a weatherman call it that for drizzle/snow...don't ya' love it. Our crews are out in this on frozen pipes damages and a fire cleanup...rear wheel drive -- they are SOOO great! Stay safe and warm...
Thanks WofW Working together - so appreciate the comment and glad that you're home and safe through Saturday. It's just not safe out here. As for named storms, The Weather Channel started this and now most media and many others are using names that The National Weather Service has not approved (is not happy about.) Check out this NY Times article...over coffee, so funny!: http://mediadecoder.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/02/07/a-fish-er-storm-named-nemo/
Valerie: So glad that you are on top of your mountains of snow up there...we have inches of slush already and am at our office today. Our crews are cleaning frozen pipe and a couple of fire damages and we're here when our guys are out there. Just glad that your Ottawa crews stay ahead of it and you stay warm lady...thanks for the comment.
Yes, here we go again Hillary-love the photo and I must say, I am staying home and praying for no drama or unwanted EVENTS!!!
