Do not buy a condo at the Trevi Towers Condos in Salt Lake City until you have read this. There some things that you should consider before you jump in and buy one.
The Trevi Towers Condos are located at 245 N Vine St in downtown Salt Lake City. For those of you who are familiar with the area, this is on Capitol Hill, just north of the LDS Conference Center, and just to the west of the Zion Summit Condos. Like Zion Summit, the Trevi Towers Condos were built during the 1970’s. The 1970’s are widely considered the worst decade for architecture. The location, however, is excellent if you want to be close to downtown.

Here is a rundown of the good and the bad about the Trevi Towers Condos in Salt Lake City.
The Trevi Towers Condos in Salt Lake City definitely have their stong points. First, the location is very good. City Creek, Temple Square, Trax, Memory Grove, and all of the other downtown attractions/conveniences are easily within walking distance. Being up on Capitol Hill means that the views are excellent, especially out of the south side of the building. The Trevi Towers Condos offers plenty of amenities, like a swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, party room, etc. Garage parking is also a huge plus, especially in the downtown area. You also get laundry hookups in your room, which is much appreciated. If you are looking for a place where you can really relax and have everything close, the Trevi Towers could be a good choice.
The 1970’s are widely considered the worst decade for architecture. While many of the units have been updated since then, the common areas still have that 70’s look and feel to them. It makes you want to put on huge sunglasses and a plaid blazer, grow a mustache, and, I don’t know, do stuff that people did in the 70’s. Some of the units, especially the ones on the north side of the building, feel a bit dark and cavernous. While I could spend a little more time making fun of the 70’s, I think that is all of the relevant bad info about the Trevi Towers.
