House prices are dropping more each month and we are getting offers that appear cold from the buyers out there, sometimes buyers are changing their mind once offers have been made, just like the wind!

You want a great buy from a seller rather than a bank owned property? Try it, it can work! People are much nicer to deal with than the banks and if they can, the sellers will take offers!
