There are a lot of homes I like. I like the color. I like the size. I like the floor plan. Whatever happened to Love?! Would I settle for a guy I just like or do I want to LOVE him? I'm going for love! Now lets take a deep breathe and realize that perfect doesn't exist. If I am the first one to tell you this.. my deepest apologizes. I have witnessed some ridiculous logic when it comes to break ups. I had a girlfriend break up with a guy because he likes to eat spaghetti every Tuesday. Another friend ditched her dude over what she explains as the craziest long ear hair. hahaha This is some unrealistic thinking. What I suggest we look at are the bigger picture problems. Differing religions or wanting children, not wanting children. Same should go for your home. I want to find you a home that fits you long term needs and wants but not the unrealistic ones. Now for the tough part... what makes needs realistic? As much as I want to dive into that one I am going to save that for another day and another blog. Let's move forward with the assumption that your wants and needs are realistic. First, we have to realize that some Realtor are going to put their wants and needs ahead of yours. Thats life. Over at McBride Kelly and Associates we want to create a team. You explain what you are looking for and I'll use my resources to find it. Important moment here.. we have to trust each other. You as the client trust that I will show you every property that meets your needs. I'm not hiding any from you. I only show you ones that make sense for your needs and the market. There is an enormous amount of things that happen behind the curtain. It is my job to research the unexpected and hidden issues of a property. I as the Realtor trust that you are a serious client and will continue to work with me to find your perfect home. Once the trust is secured, we can find you a home you LOVE!
