Okay, okay, I know everyone knows that referrals are the quickest way to build your real estate business.  You do some nice work for a client and they tell their uncle and then their uncle tells their cousin, and boom you're off to the races building your business faster than you could ever imagine! But why if referral marketing is such a great way to go, why doesn't every small business in the world jump off the bandwagon and take full advantage of this obvious tool, word of mouth?  I've read many books about this subject and the common component is fear.  Some people fear rejection, some fear they won't receive referrals, some fear they would look desperate.  As you can see overcoming fear is the first step to exploding your busineess.  Do yourself a favor.  Ask someone for some business today!

I am all about being rejected. I read in a book somewhere for that for every 100th no there is a YES around the corner. So, the more you say NO, the closer I am to the YES YES YES!
