2012 ends the year of real estate recovery on a high note for the Tri-County area. According to FMLS, for the month ending on December 31, 2012, each of the three counties ended 2012 with a increase in sales and Median Sales Price over December 2011 

Paulding      127% increase in Median Sales price from $81,750 in 2011 to $104,000 in 2012 with 2,184 sales

Cobb        138% increase in Median Sales price from $130,000 in 2011 to $180,000 in 2012 with 7,932 sales

Douglas    182% increase in Median Sales price from $73,000 in 2011 to $133,000 in 2012 with 1,625 sales
