How is the Fort Wayne real estate market?

HOT!

Buyers are coming out of the woodwork. With interest rates as low as they are, they would be crazy not to. Inventory isn't as high as it was last year, but there are still plenty of homes for sale in Fort Wayne.

Sellers are seeing their home going for 95% of list price on average, and a lot of them are seeing multiple offers coming in, and coming in quickly.
