Austin area Economic growth is on an upward trend and indicates a market turnaround appealing to both home owners and renters alike.

New Listings in Austin area decreased 1.1 percent to 1,568
Pending sales were up 36.7 percent to 1,729
Inventory levels shrank 25.7 percent to 6,184 units
The Median sales price in creased 11.1 percent to $207,750
Days on market down 21.4 percent to 66 days
Absorption rates improved with monthly supply down 39.7 percent to 2.8 months
